So even with the intro and details on my site, I wanted to go into a bit more of what the idea behind it was. I have always loved writing, I used to make my own cards as a child for Christmas, birthdays, other events - and I would always put a homemade verse or poem in them. They were from my eyes inside on how they looked and how they read. In this thing called life, as we travel, learn or even just view it from home, there is always something to see, always something to feel and take in. And even as words can make a difference, as an introvert and mainly quiet person, I also appreciate how one view, one picture, one image can also have an incredible effect on our psyche, our feelings, our inner Self, our soul!

I am grateful to live in a rural area that provides all those things. Some on walks, some on drives and some, straight from my window and through my eyes.

I wanted a place to just be, to write, to share, to find a "pocket of peace" for myself and anyone else who might need a minute of calm and simplicity. There is and was no agenda, no "deal. Just a place to hang out and perhaps let the cares and stresses take a back seat even briefly and know that I understand, I live it, I feel it, and I would love to know just one word or one sentence resonate with someone and that even just a smile, an image, a scene, made the day a bit nicer :)

So please read, look, enjoy and welcome to the clips of Life Through My Eyes ....
