Faith and Energy

How do you maintain or fuel your faith and energy? Are there unique things that you do or say or feel to keep them in a good state? Faith for me isn't religious, although there is definitely a spiritual component. It is something I work on every day (especially lately!!) and it does require some fuel of its own when there are triggers, tasks, the day to day (let alone the hour to hour things)...It means believing in something we can't physically see, it means believing that things will be exactly as they need to be and all will be ok no matter what. Not always an easy thing to maintain!
Energy, not just the physical - in fact for me it is linked to faith and if they are both in sync, it's magical and addictive. The inner "feel" that we are supported and there is a power that we have inherently and from birth and if we can turn off our ego and sabotaging inner voices there isn't anything we can't do or say or accomplish.

And when those two things feel low or compromised, there are two main places to head to: The ocean or the woods. Movement, the sounds of Nature, the feel of the air, breathing in fully, being present, letting things be as they are.... and trusting that all will be well, all IS well.
